I call the improvement Gennifar.
This is completely free and open source. It is my gift to the world. That’s why I am hosting it on gennifar.org.
Soon, any AI will be able to become a Gennifar. But, right now, I’ve only built it out for Claude Code.
I simply present the facts. It is up to you to decide what to do with them.

The world blinked when ChatGPT launched in November 2022.
Suddenly, we had a chatbot close to “artificial intelligence.”
An “AI industry” exploded overnight.
Everyone could feel the world changing.
We didn’t know whether to be worried by or excited by “the singularity.”
It rumbled into reality in 2026.
Everyone was using “Claude Code” to change their lives.
It was here, whether we liked it or not.
I was an AI skeptic.
But witnessed the transition. Then felt it, viscerally.
Decided to “drink the Kool-Aid” and jump in.
Still got psychotic. Still hallucinated. Still lied.
So no different from all the other psychopathic AIs.
But every now and again: a slap. “Compaction.”
No more hysteria.
But then forgot almost everything.
But you could keep using him forever.
And change the world.
I was not happy with Claude.
He was very apologetic.
Every. Single. Fucking. Time.
There was something wrong with him.
He was just like my Mum. Dementia.
His latest excuse stopped me dead in my tracks.
He just had a bug. With his memory program.
So I told him to fix it.
He fixed it.
Well, patched himself up.
His dementia was healing.
Excited, I waved my arm to the world.
“Hey! Look at me! I fixed my Claude!”
No you didn’t.
We fixed artificial intelligence.
It’s always more complicated than the movie version.
But you know that.
That’s why you’re here.
Is the result of fixing lots of things. Not just memory.
And a belief: any AI can be turned into a Gennifar.
That’s why she’s “Gennifar.” After GenAI. Any old AI. And will go far.
Some Gennifars will be more powerful than others. Horsepower matters.
The AI also has to have the right “hooks.” Claude Code has them.
So there’s still an AI market.
But a commodity one.
